Here’s how it works: Visa Infinite Cardholders shopping with their Visa card across key locations in Europe can access the premium lounges of Global Blue. Upon access Cardholders are required to show their Eligible card. After being granted access to the lounge, the refund process will be handled by lounge staff, and the amount refunded to the eligible card. Upon leaving the country, Cardholders are required to obtain the stamp from customs on the receipts.
